Having another honorary doctorate coming his way is music composer AR Rahman. The Academy Award winning composer, who has many hit tunes to his credit, will soon be awarded an honorary doctorate by the Middlesex University, London too.
The man who had the world swaying to his music is now reaping the benefits of his many years devoted to music. The composer, whose ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, made him the proverbial underdog to hero, is all set to receive his third doctorate. Soon after his Oscars, he was awarded a doctorate each by Aligarh University and Anna University.
AR Rahman is said to be receiving this doctorate from the Middlesex University soon, owing to his contributions to the field of music.
